Gifts

A while ago I showed you a shawl I was knitting for a gift. I finished this a while ago, but I was very late gifting it to my Mother in Law for her birthday. Finally I did though, and she seemed to like it very much (yay)


The pattern is 'And So are You' and I knit it in my favourite sock yarn, Vintage Purl Sock (yes again)


I also knit a present for my Mum's birthday - Happy Birthday Mum!!! xxx and you saw some sneak peeks of that too!
Well its Mum's birthday today, so hopefully she has opened it and tried it on by now, so I can show you a few photos!

The pattern is Miss Jane  and I must love it as it is my second one! This is knit in another favourite yarn, Skeinz Harvest. yum!

  2. Those are very lovely gifts! Isn't it hard to have a finished project but not be able to say anything about it? I have knit another Boneyard Shawl for a friend for her birthday at the end of the month, but she reads my blog so I dare not post about it yet.
